What about Shipping?

• Shipping within Australia is calculated by Australia post.
• Orders over $100 are shipped FREE.
• Order processing time in our warehouse is 1-3 busines days. 
• All items will be sent by Australia post. If you are not home when items are delivered they will be left in a safe place, unless you specify otherwise in the notes section of your order.
• Please contact us if you haven’t received your goods and we will chase it up for you.

Delivery

Delivery may take 5-7 days from confirmation of payment depending on your location. If you have not received your tracking details via email, please contact us at info@catsnacks.com and we will chase it up for you.
